This estimate reflects a flat monthly ops fee for one deployed system. It does not include your internal delivery costs or other tools in your stack. Build fees are scoped and quoted separately per project.

1. Fixed-Build + Flat Monthly Ops Standard Fit

You scope the client problem with us and co-design the system. We charge a flat build fee to develop and deploy it, plus a predictable flat monthly ops fee per live system that covers hosting, monitoring, and in-scope updates. You invoice your client however you like — most partners fold both costs into their existing retainer.

2. Recurring Platform Margin Popular

We host, maintain, and support the deployed system on an ongoing basis. We invoice you a flat monthly ops/platform fee per live system. You can fold this into a broader retainer or show it as a named "platform" line item on your invoices — either way, you keep the majority of the margin and we keep the system running.

3. Referral Commission Frictionless

Prefer to simply pass a client our way? You introduce the client directly to Design 6. We run the discovery, handle the build, manage billing, and pay you a flat 15% referral fee on the contract value. No ongoing involvement required on your end.

What This Looks Like

01. Scope & Design

An operations consultant works with a service business client whose onboarding and follow-up process is falling apart. She scopes the problem with her client, then brings the brief to Design 6. Together, we map out a client intake and status hub using one of our core engines as the base.

02. Own the Offer

She presents the finished plan to her client under her own brand: a one-time setup fee plus an ongoing monthly fee for access and maintenance. The client signs with her directly — Design 6 is never in the room.

03. Run & Capture

We build and run the system in the background. She stays the single point of contact for her client and decides how the software cost appears in her offer. Design 6 invoices her on a flat build fee and a flat monthly ops fee per deployed system. Her margins stay predictable; her client relationship stays hers.
